The Martin Drive Neighborhood has an annual holiday party instead of a neighborhood-wide meeting in the month of December, second Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at 1260 North 43 Street. Neighbors walk the neighborhood together singing holiday tunes.  It doesn't matter if you can sing or not, it's an opportunity to spend time getting to know your neighbors and build community spirit.  After spreading the holiday spirit and enjoying the company of your neighbors, we participate in a potluck.
